October 2023 in pictures

“I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers.”

L. M. Montgomery

A very busy October, to be honest I’m looking forward to a slower month ahead before the craziness of Christmas begins.

🌃 Had a work trip to Belfast this month, it was intense but it was also a super productive trip and the rain stopped for about a minute so I got to take a lovely picture of Belfast City Hall.

🫓Back on my focaccia kick.

🌊 A little trip to visit the family for my nieces 10th birthday. Can’t believe the baby is 10! 😭

🪟 My mother is on a mission to turn her house into a greenhouse. She has finally gotten her much coveted bay window. Have to admit the view is impressive and we enjoyed that view with some Prosecco!

🍸 An absolutely epic espresso martini while in Waterford. One of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried more than my fair share.

🌅 Went on a quick little trip to Spain with the bestie. We stayed in a stunning hotel with lots and lots of perks. Eating in this spot every day was a particular highlight.

⛰️ Went on a wonderful hike while there and it wasn’t at all easy but it was super beautiful.

🌳 The hike was in a lovely little town called Mijas. Can’t recommend it enough.

🥘 We found a deadly restaurant after our hike and ate so much food. I swear I talked about paella the whole hike so we obviously had to get some. It was the best paella ever. The 3 hour hike probably made it taste so good!

💙 A beautiful day in Dublin pre bank holiday Monday spin class. A very stormy October so making the most of the good days.

Oíche Shamhna shona daoibh!
