I’ve been terrible at posting lately and it’s mostly because captions are hard and I’ve gotten so lazy about reviews! 🙈

Next up for the #bookstorians book club is Deacon King Kong by James McBride and I’m most excited about it. Think I’ll start today. I’m really feeling like my reading mojo is back and historical fiction in particular is calling to me. I’ve reread A LOT this year so it’s great to feel motivated to pick up new books again. 🥳

I’m halfway through this absolute beauty and it’s possible that this will be the book to give me my historical fiction mojo back! 😍

Finished this beast by @say_shannon yesterday and absolutely loved it. My only complaint is that I’d have loved more and I never thought I’d say that about an 800 page book yet here we are! 🤷‍♀️

Back to work this week after a week off and well I’m a little bummed out so I’ve started reading the Psy/Changeling books. Again. For the second time this year. 🙈
