Sunday is the day I think about meal prepping and the menu for the week ahead. With Spring being well and truly in the air I’m feeling a craving for fresh foods. So spent time looking for fresh food recipes and then fell down an Unsplash rabbit hole that led to me making a collage. Who else is shocked? 😂
