The world is awful and I’m trying to find the joy where I can get it. I spent the morning thinking about how lucky I am to have a safe place to live and an amazing space to call my own and retreat to when it all gets too much.
Had my breakfast outside this morning and watched the birds and some local cats with my coffee and now I’m in my library contemplating what to read and planning when the best time to have a nap is. These things seem small and inconsequential but today I’m beyond grateful for the privilege to do inconsequential things.
If the world feels too much I recommend sitting outside and watching the birds. It’s practically meditation.

On an entirely different note my windows desperately need washing and the Spring sunshine is really highlighting that fact. I blame the three storms we had in February! 😀
Love the photos 🥰 that Virgo candle though 🤎
