100 Days of Movement Challenge 2022

In 2022 I set myself a challenge. To move my body in an intentional way every single day for 100 days. The type of movement didn’t matter, dancing, cardio, weights, yoga, Pilates! Just make time on my mat/carpet/grass each and every day to move. Below are my updates for those 100 days. As of 28th June 2023 I’ve moved every single day for 1 year. I push myself more now, I’ve found lots of new ways to workout and I’m having an absolute blast!
