With me taking a break from daily workouts I’ve been making sure to get out for my daily walks. Into week three of getting out the door by 7.15am and we have been so lucky with the weather. A couple of mornings with hard frost (this has not been good for my garden) but mostly clear blue skies. This has been really helping with my general wellbeing.
Another plus to this walk is that it’s actually my commute to and from the office with my work lunch walk in the park added in. This is about 9km each day and it’s good to start getting used to this again before it’s time to go back to the office.
Hopefully I’ll feel up to adding a few Pilates and Yoga sessions to the day soon!
