August photo dump…

1: Started the month off strong with a Mexican feast! I had margaritas which I love but tequila doesn’t like me, so that was a mistake! 😂

2: August nails 💅 

3: So my monthly photo dumps are supposed to be all about the positives I’ve had over the month. This doesn’t scream positivity but it really is. I did a hard thing, a hard thing I was almost 3 years late in doing but thankfully all was well. The scary hard medical things are often only hard in our imagination I think. I need to remember that the next time! 🙈

4, 5 & 6: By total coincidence I had a spa appointment booked for the day after my hospital appointment and I couldn’t have planned it better. It was glorious, we had some drinks and dinner after, and I then spent the rest of the weekend resting. All worked out so well! 🧖‍♀️ 

7: Enjoyed the last of the summer flowers! 💐 

8: A new place for lunch opened near my work. I’ll be treating myself to this amazing salad on the odd office day from now on! 🥗

9: There was some Manhattans had this month. 🍸 There will be more had next month! 😂

10: Ended the month having one of the best meals of the year so far. 🍽️
