This prompt is actually ‘If I were a witch’ but I have done witchy rituals my whole adult life and I feel like this prompt is looking for the magical/supernatural element. I’ll likely be interpreting these as I see fit and here we are day 4 and I’m at it already! 😀

I’ve watched enough tv shows and read enough books to know that when it comes to magic it’s very much a case of be careful what you wish for.

If I had magic I’d want whatever magic could teleport me wherever I want to go, without teleporting into a wall or into a person or whatever the risks are with this kind of thing. Nalini Singh covers them all in her Psy/Changeling series.

Obviously I’d like the ability to cure people of whatever ails them as well but I’m a big believer in magic not being ‘free’ so who knows what kind of payback that would require. I’m hoping the payment for teleportation is like time or something? Like the amount of time it would take to travel to the place by plane/train/car off your lifespan. Not sure how that would be calculated but I’ll leave that up to the powers that be.
