A little late with the wrap-ups this month.

August was so busy but it was also full of fun and adventure…

🌮 Started the month with a really fun date night. We went to a Mexican restaurant I’ve wanted to go to since before the rona and it was epic. I can’t wait to go back.
🍹We also went to a really cute little speakeasy that included a door code and a password. It’s was silly and lots of fun.
🚴‍♀️Another month another shoutout to spinning. I think I love the early morning during the week classes the most which is crazy to me. It’s such a great way to start a work day and I sleep so well the night after.
🎋This is what year 2 of my bamboo is looking like. This growth happened within a few weeks and it’s kind of blown my mind. 😂 We put so much work into putting this in (putting a bamboo barrier in is no joke but a necessity) and to see the payoff is awesome!
🍸An impromptu date night before I went off to Croatia for a few days.
👯‍♀️My trip was tacked onto the end of my mother and her sisters trip. They were all well able but we also kind of wanted to make sure they got back in one piece. 81, 70 and 72. They are badass and all home safe and sound thank goodness! 😂
🍷A gorgeous little vineyard I found on the island of Šipan. I hate merlot. Somehow they made a stunning merlot. It was very unsettling. 🙃 Also shoutout to the gorgeous nails for the birthday month. 💅💚
🇭🇷 After spending the days with the mother and aunts I took myself off to do things in the evenings. The city wall in Dubrovnik was absolutely amazing. Like I still can’t get over it.
🏠 Honestly so beautiful…
⛵️I saw this sunset boat tour while having a glass of wine on the wall after walking the 2km wall on the 31st August and decided to start my September with doing it. Pictures next month…

Even though I went over to my mother and aunts I was staying far away from them and travelled on my own most of the time. I used to have no issues doing that but rona kind of knocked me for six and took a lot of that travel confidence out of me. This trip really gave me a boost. I also got to spend some lovely one on one time with my aunts, my godmother is 81 now and I think in years to come I’ll be so thankful for that time. 💞
