The longest January to ever January is finally over! 😂

Once in a lifetime storms and fascist takeovers aside, January was actually a good month. 

1 & 2: spent a few days in Belfast at the beginning of the month to celebrate the other half’s birthday. 🎂 

3: Obsessed with the new train station in Belfast. I love a train station and this one is just stunning, especially when compared to the old one! 🚂 

4: Walks in the park 🌳 

5: Followed by a matcha treat 🍵 

6: Love having my little stretching partner

7: Planning meeting for our plans for the year with the bestie! 📋

8: Took ourselves to a cocktail bar in order to really dig in with the planning. Ended up costing us over €400! 😂 Off on a day trip to London in May! 🛫

9: Created a smashing pasta dish. Chilli pesto and chilli cream cheese that needed using up were the base, I can’t wait to make it again. Might write up the recipe and post to the blog! 🍝 

10: The light is starting to appear in the mornings! Getting up to spin on the January dark mornings really is a struggle, I can’t wait for those morning sunrises! 🌅
