As I’ve blogged before, Blessed Imbolc! is one of my favourite sabbats. I saw a really fun Reel yesterday that was about the fact that, in Ireland, this is the last weekend that the sun will set before 5pm until the end of October. The dark nights and mornings are slowly getting brighter and with them comes a renewed sense of energy and excitement for the year ahead. I just really love this time of year. I also love that we now get a bank holiday in honour of Brigid. This is only our second official Imbolc bank holiday and how has a February bank holiday not been a thing before this? It is legit the best time to have one.

I personally stan Brigid the Celtic Goddess but art that gives us both is very special.
