I did things while on annual leave. It’s a miracle!
Still learning to enjoy the movement and take a break when needed.
March is all about 10 minute workouts. Week one done.
Two months in and it was a fun week!

Week 6 was a tough week but I got through it and it only took me until Thursday to start being gentle with myself! 😀
