A week late with my week 14 post. Good start to April though!
It wasn’t a very active week but I needed a little break.
Killing it with jump squats this week!
I did things while on annual leave. It’s a miracle!
Still learning to enjoy the movement and take a break when needed.
March is all about 10 minute workouts. Week one done.
Two months in and it was a fun week!
Trying to remember that this journey is about enjoying myself.
Week 6 was a tough week but I got through it and it only took me until Thursday to start being gentle with myself! 😀
Week 5 and I’m still going. I’m shocked to be honest!

Week three of the fitness plan complete. A tougher week than I thought it would be but I made it through and feeling good!
Week two of the new fitness plan complete. Some fabulous Yoga for hips this week and I’m keeping that for future workouts.
